About Tim Shepelak:
Tim Shepelak, The Growth Coach, helps busy business owners, executives/managers and self-employed professionals to get more out of their businesses and lives. Through a unique year-round, quarterly coaching & accountability process, he helps drive the success and balance the lives of his clients.

A former Divisional Chief Executive Officer and Executive Board member for Halma p.l.c., an acquisitive global UK public group, Tim has acquired and then grown technology manufacturers by leading either the former owners or newly-hired company Presidents, as Chairman of the eight companies that formed his Division.

Brand team and financial management experience with Procter & Gamble and Burke Market Research, along with CFO and President positions held, have all contributed to Tim’s broad business experience and continuing education. This, along with his Divisional CEO experience, have all built on Tim’s formal education, which includes an MBA, The Executive Development Program at Sundridge Park in England, and The Leading Creatively Program at The Richardson Foundation’s Center for Creative Leadership in North Carolina.
