 is widely accepted as being one of the best white wine producers in the country, and Mike Dobrovic, one of the most talented wine makers in South Africa. The popularity of Mulderbosch’s stylish Sauvignon Blanc cited as “South Africa’s most celebrated Sauvignon by local wine guru, John Platter placed the farm firmly on the international map. Since those early days, new homes have been built and the sloping hills and valleys of the farm are now planted with 25 hectares of neatly trellised vineyard.

. The yields are limited to between 45 and 55 hl/ha. Serge, Florence and Valerie are also proponents of harvesting late, and their Les Pentes is marked by a distinctly ripe-tasting, rich, melony quality which comes from Sauvignon on calcaire soil, when harvested at its peak maturity.
